Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the website www.quiet-within.com and the engagement with the "Quiet Within" digital clinic of Lian Avia Biton (the "Clinic", "we"). By entering and using this website, you declare that you have read and agreed to these terms.

1. The Nature of the Service Is Especially Important

The guidance offered is complementary emotional-behavioral guidance, and does not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric or nutritional treatment. In cases requiring medical or mental-health intervention, it is important to be under the care of a qualified professional alongside the guidance.

2. No Guarantee of Results

The success of the process depends to a large extent on the client. The Clinic does not commit to a specific outcome, but rather to full commitment to the process, to your pace and to accompanying you throughout the entire journey.

3. Minimum Age

The service is intended for adult women only (age 18 and over).

4. Payment, Invoice and Commitment

Payment is collected in advance or according to the agreed payment plan. An invoice/receipt is issued as required by law. Joining a track constitutes a commitment for the entire duration of the track unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations:

• A transaction may be cancelled within 14 days of its date, provided the cancellation is made at least 2 business days before the start date of the service. Cancellation is subject to a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction amount or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
• After the process has begun, a proportional refund will be given for sessions not yet used, less a 10% overhead deduction.
• Boutique tracks (groups / intensive guidance tracks) may have a specific policy detailed in the engagement agreement.
• Cancellation must be made in writing to lianne@quiet-within.com.

6. Rescheduling Sessions

A session may be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. A late rescheduling or a no-show will be considered a session that took place.

7. Confidentiality

All information you share during the guidance is kept under full professional confidentiality. Confidentiality will be breached only if required by law or in order to prevent immediate risk to your life or the life of another.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, the "Quiet Within" method, texts, design, certificates and digital materials are owned by the Clinic. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or publicly displayed without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Use of the services is at your own risk. The Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential damage or reliance on the information on the website. Direct liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific service.

10. Changes to Terms

The Clinic may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts in the Tel Aviv–Jaffa district.
