MY JOURNEY
"I promised myself that one day I would be in a different place, and that I would guide other women there too"
My story. No polish. No shortcuts. Because it's the reason I can truly see you.

"I promised myself that one day I would be in a different place.
And that I would guide other women there too"

Chapter 01
Where do you even start?
I can split my life into two: before I recovered from an eating disorder, and after.
Chapter 02
The cycle that kept repeating
Self-starvation, bingeing as compensation, guilt and self-criticism, and a loop that never ended. Hiding behind layers of makeup, avoiding going out with friends, carrying that critical inner voice everywhere I went. So exhausted, and still unable to break out of that loop.
Chapter 03
The hardest point
At that time I had no close friends, and then came the darkest day, when I lost my dog. I couldn't say a proper goodbye because I was on a military base. She was my best friend. I was left alone with the pain, and I realized I wasn't willing to live like this any longer.
Chapter 04
Searching for someone who would truly see me
I started different processes and felt that none of them truly understood me. That's exactly where I realized how many women like me are out there, who need someone to look at them more deeply and truly see them.
Chapter 05
The decision
I understood there was no other choice, and that if none of the methods and therapists could help me, it was up to me to pick up the challenge and learn my own way out of my eating disorder, because no one but me would take me there. All the energy I had put into fighting the disorder, I turned into healing from it. I promised myself that one day I would be in a different place, and that I would guide other women there too.
Chapter 06
The endless learning
Courses from the world of psychology, becoming an NLP Master Practitioner, guided imagery, mindfulness every book, every course and every piece of knowledge I absorbed brought me closer, until I began weaving a method of my own.
Chapter 07
What worked, stayed
What didn't work, I let go of. What healed, I kept and nurtured. With every woman I guided, I learned something new about her rhythm and about my own. That's how, slowly, I wove the method together.
Chapter 08
The voice that said 'you won't make it'
There were quite a few voices from the outside that doubted my path. At first I kept the knowledge to myself, out of fear. Then girls, women and mothers started reaching out to me, wanting to understand how I'd done it. That's when I understood there were probably other women like me, waiting for someone to see them and help them. That understanding became bigger than the fear.
Chapter 09
The sign to keep going
With every step I took, I received an inner confirmation to keep going. One more woman who found quiet, and another, and another. Dozens of women who today live differently with themselves, with their bodies and with food.
Chapter 10
Quiet Within
As the path developed, the method deepened until its crowning piece was born: "Quiet Within." Because in the mind of a woman who feels at war with herself, there is no quiet and everything I wished for myself, and everything I wish for you, is exactly this quiet. From within.
