Lian Avia Biton, emotional-behavioral coach for women, Quiet Within

About me

Hi, I'm Lian Avia Biton

I'm an emotional-behavioral coach for women. I support women who are looking for a calmer relationship with themselves, with their bodies and with food, coming from a place of love rather than struggle. As part of my training I qualified as an NLP Master Practitioner and studied additional tools from the worlds of psychology, guided imagery and mindfulness, so I can hold your process with gentleness and professionalism. I developed my own method called 'Quiet Within' — a gentle method that has guided dozens of women toward healing their relationship with food and with themselves.

A journey of healing and inner connection

If this feels familiar

You might recognize these feelings

If food takes up far too much space in your thoughts

If you are tired of starting over every Sunday morning

If you want to feel calmer and carry less guilt

If you are looking for a gentler relationship with your body

If you want to learn how to listen to yourself

If you are looking for change that begins on the inside

You are not alone.
and you are not broken.

You are not broken. And you do not need to fight yourself.

The Solution · My Method

The Quiet Within

We don't fight food. We don't fight our bodies.
We learn to understand the need beneath the behavior and work from the root.
Change that starts from within and then moves outward, at your own pace.

Root before symptom

Quiet Within works from the inside out. Instead of managing symptoms, it turns towards the root of what is really going on.

01

Listening before criticism

The inner critic has never healed anyone; only the compassionate voice can. Real change begins with kindness towards yourself.

02

Connection before control

Instead of more rules and imposed meal plans, we reconnect you with your own hunger and fullness cues, towards intuitive eating that comes from trusting your body rather than fighting it.

03

Healing before outcome

When the inside grows quiet, everything else begins to shift on its own. Change that lasts comes from within, not from outside.

04

What it's like to be with me in the process

Trust isn't built through distance, but through listening, presence and a personal approach that doesn't give up on you halfway through. When I bring you into the process, I give it my whole heart and soul to help you, and I don't give up on you until it happens.

Personal experience

I've lived this path myself. I know what it feels like to suffer over food and body weight. And I also know what it feels like to come out the other side.

Boutique, personal support

At Quiet Within, a personalized path awaits you, built exactly around your needs and goals.

Care and availability

Not just sessions, but real responsiveness, support and a helping hand in between too, even on weekends. You are not alone.

Gentle, process-based work

A process that adapts to you, not the other way around. Root-level work, connection, healing at a pace that respects you.

My story and journey

The journey that led me home

“In the mind of a woman at war with herself, there is no quiet.
And all I wish for you is Quiet within

  2. Before

    Life beneath the surface

From the outside everything looked fine. Inside there was noise, criticism, and one voice that never stopped talking about food and about my body.

  3. The struggle

    Years of guilt and promises

I tried everything: every method, every therapist I was referred to, every medication I was given. Each time I felt I was starting over, and each time I was left alone with myself again.

  4. The turning point

I realised it was never about food

One day I understood that food was not the problem, it was a solution to a much deeper one. It was my attempt to meet a far older pain, in the only way I knew how: through food.

  5. Learning

    Years of study and inquiry

NLP Master Practitioner, studies across psychology, mindfulness and guided imagery. I learned from wonderful teachers, and above all from my own journey and from the women I have accompanied.

  6. The method

And this is how Quiet Within was born

A method that reaches the root of the struggle, reconnects you with your body, and creates deep change in your relationship with food.

  7. Today

    Today

Today I accompany women, teenagers and mothers of all ages through their own healing journey at the table. My purpose is to help you step out of the endless chase after a 'dream body' through diet after diet, and into a healthy, quiet, balanced relationship with food and with your body.

"I promised myself a day would come when I'd get out of this"

Years of splitting between the life on the outside and the noise on the inside. Guilt, self-criticism, and promises that repeated themselves every Monday. Until I understood that this battle wasn't leading me home, and that something else, softer, was asking to be heard. That's where my method was born.

Why me, specifically

I didn't get here by accident

I knew that most women I met couldn't break free of their eating disorders, and that if I wanted to step outside that statistic, there had to be something else I needed to try.

  • Lived experience

I lived this complicated relationship with food and with my body myself. For almost two decades I struggled with eating disorders, and I found my own way out. Slowly, honestly, with no shortcuts.

  • Knowledge and tools

NLP Master Practitioner, studies across psychology, guided imagery, mindfulness and liberating nutrition. Years of research and searching for knowledge that would help me, and every woman who struggled the way I did.

  • Supporting women

Years of accompanying women through emotional eating, binge eating, body-image struggles, self-criticism and habit change, always through listening and always at their own pace.

  • A method of my own

Quiet Within is a method born out of life itself: professional knowledge, hands-on experience, and deep healing that starts at the root.

FAQ

Have a question?
You're in the right place.

If something is still unclear, I'm here. Feel free to send me a personal message anytime.

We begin with a short intro call of about 30 minutes. You share where you are right now, and together we understand whether working with me is right for you.

If food takes up too much space in your mind, if the criticism you meet in the mirror has worn you out, or if you are looking for a calmer, more whole relationship with yourself and with food, you are in the right place.

Not at all. This work is not built on bans, diets or avoidance, but on listening to your body, and from that listening different choices are born naturally.

Every process has its own pace. Some women feel a meaningful shift within a few sessions, others choose a longer journey. You set the pace.

That is exactly what the intro call is for. We will both sense whether there is a connection and whether my method serves you. If not, I will lovingly point you towards a place that fits you better.

All sessions are held online over Zoom, from the comfort of your own home, anywhere in Israel or around the world.

No. The truth is that you will never feel truly ready or strong enough, because this struggle has probably taken a great deal of energy from you. All you need is the willingness to take the first step.

The relationship with your body does not change through rules or criticism, but through changing the relationship you have with yourself. In the process we meet the critical voice, understand what stands behind it, and gradually build a place of acceptance, compassion and belonging within yourself.

Quiet within begins in the relationship you have with yourself.
