Privacy Policy

Lian Avia Biton, owner of the "Quiet Within" digital clinic (the "Clinic", "we"), respects your privacy. This document describes what data we collect, why, how it is stored, and your rights as the data subject.

2. What Data We Collect
- Contact details you voluntarily provide via the form: name, phone, email, and the content of your inquiry.
- Basic technical information: IP address, browser and device type, date and time of browsing.
- Cookies and consent preferences according to your choice in the cookie banner.
- Information during guidance (active clients only) is stored separately and protected at a high level.
3. Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis
- Responding to your inquiry and scheduling an intro call, based on your consent and the pre-engagement process.
- Providing emotional-behavioral guidance services on a contractual basis (Terms of Use).
- Improving and securing the website — a legitimate interest, subject to the data-minimization principle.
- Fulfilling legal obligations (e.g. accounting records) under the law.
4. Your Rights Under Amendment 13
- The right to review information held about you.
- The right to correct or update information that is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated.
- The right to erase information that is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected.
- The right to receive an explanation regarding the source of the information and its uses.
- The right to withdraw consent for processing that is based on consent.

5. Sharing Information With Third Parties
We do not sell information. We share data only with necessary service providers (website hosting, email, CRM system) and only to the extent required, under confidentiality and information-security commitments, and to comply with legal requirements (an official request from a competent authority).
6. Transfer of Information Abroad
Some hosting and processing services may take place outside Israel. Transfer will be made only to a country with an adequate level of protection or via accepted contractual protection mechanisms, in accordance with the regulations on transferring information outside the country's borders.
7. Information Security
We operate in accordance with the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 2017: sensitivity classification, access management, encrypted transmission (HTTPS), secure backups, and periodic review. In the event of a serious security incident, we will notify the Privacy Protection Authority and you as soon as possible, as required.
8. Retention Period
Inquiries that did not mature into guidance will be retained for up to 24 months. Active clients' files will be retained for the duration of the guidance and a reasonable period thereafter for professional follow-up or legal requirements.
9. Cookies
The website uses necessary cookies, and, with your consent, also analytics and marketing cookies. You may change your choice at any time via the "Manage Cookies" button in the footer.
10. Minors
The service is intended for adult women (18+). We do not knowingly collect information about minors. If you arrived here by mistake, please contact us for removal.
11. Complaint to the Privacy Protection Authority
If you believe your rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Privacy Protection Authority at the Ministry of Justice.
12. Policy Updates
We will update this document from time to time. The current version will always appear on this page with an update date.
